This Polaris RZR XP Turbo build was set up to cover very different terrain, from Idaho and Glamis dunes to Barrett Lake rocks, Moab trails and a Sierra Nevada snow day. TMW Offroad handled the cage, doors and assembly; the remaining parts focused on protection, suspension, communication, lighting and terrain-specific wheel and tire setups.
Introduced for the 2016 model year, the RZR XP Turbo was Polaris’ first factory-turbocharged RZR. Its 925cc ProStar twin produced a claimed 144 horsepower and 105 lb-ft of torque, backed by revised clutching, a stronger transmission and additional cooling. The two-seat machine measured 64 inches wide with a 90-inch wheelbase, and its FOX Podium Internal Bypass shocks worked with 16 inches of front and 18 inches of rear suspension travel. That combination gave this build a strong starting point for the dunes, desert and technical trails. See our 2016 RZR XP Turbo model overview for the full factory specifications.
