Shock Therapy RZR Pro R and Turbo R Shock Forks & Toe Links

Polaris RZR Pro R

Shock Therapy introduced two suspension upgrades for the Polaris RZR Pro R and Turbo R in 2022: front lower shock forks that support the shock shaft near its threaded end, and adjustable rear toe links built to resist bending. Both address specific points in the factory suspension rather than changing the vehicles’ basic layout.

Front Lower Shock Forks: Support at the Shaft

The vulnerable area Shock Therapy identified is the transition where the front shock shaft threads into the lower fork. A hard side load or impact can stress that smaller threaded section. The company’s billet aluminum fork extends upward around the shaft to add support near the connection. A stronger-looking fork alone would not address that shaft transition.

Shock Therapy says its RZR Pro R and Turbo R front lower shock forks fit applications with FOX or Walker Evans shocks and are sold as a pair. Its original announcement also described a shorter bottom-out snubber to account for the fork’s added height. Confirm the shock and vehicle fitment, as well as the included parts, before ordering. Rear Toe Links: Keep Alignment Under Load

The Pro R and Turbo R use a rear toe link as part of their long-travel suspension. If a link bends or its adjustment shifts, the rear wheel’s toe setting can change. Shock Therapy’s replacement links use 1.25-inch-diameter chromoly tubing with a .120-inch wall, rosette-welded end spuds, machined steel clevises and Teflon-lined 3/4-inch chromoly rod ends. The design allows adjustment with the links installed on the vehicle.

Shock Therapy lists separate RZR Pro R toe-link and RZR Turbo R toe-link kits. Choose the listing for your vehicle and confirm model year and fitment before purchase. After installation, set and check rear toe according to the applicable service procedure; adjustable links still require proper alignment.
