The first annual SxS Adventure Rally was held on November 12th, 13th and 14th, 2015 at Sand Hollow State Park. Sand Hollow State Park is near Hurricane, Utah and features a reservoir, sand dunes, and some of the best rock crawling in Southern Utah.
I have been to Sand Hollow on a few occasions in the last few years while on location for the WORCS Racing series. I absolutely love the variety of terrain, so when I heard that Lanse from Rally on the Rocks was joining forces with Sean from WORCS Racing to put on a UTV event at Sand Hollow, I was all for it.

Relaxing Near Top of the World
I joined up with Damon and Brandon from HCR Racing and also Woody from UTV Weekly on most days and we tackled some of the more difficult rock trails the area has to offer including The Maze, Plan B, Double Sammy.
I would highly recommend this area for a day-trip or a several day excursion while camping at Sand Hollow State Park. The varied terrain keeps it interesting and the landscape is beautiful. Plus you have the lake to play in when you get tired of riding. And if you like to experience new areas without the pressure of figuring out where to go, keep an eye out for plans on the 2nd Annual SxS Adventure Rally.

The Maze in our Polaris RZR XP Turbo
We brought out our 2016 Polaris RZR XP Turbo with a fresh set of 32-inch ITP Ultracross tires on it and we couldn’t be more pleased with how it performed.
