When KC HiLiTES introduced the Gravity Pro6 LED light bar in April 2016, the company took a different approach to off-road lighting. Instead of enclosing a row of LEDs inside a conventional rectangular housing, KC connected a series of individual round Gravity LED lights with its modular Infinity Ring system.
The resulting design gave UTV, Jeep and off-road vehicle owners considerably more flexibility. A Pro6 light bar could be configured in a straight line or curved into a radius without purchasing a different housing. Individual lights could also be added, removed or changed as the vehicle and its lighting requirements evolved.
A Modular LED Light Bar
At the center of the original Pro6 system were KC’s Gravity LED G6 optical inserts. The individual lights were joined by interlocking Infinity Rings, creating the distinctive row of round lights that separated the Pro6 from the rectangular LED bars common at the time.
The adjustable ring system allowed the same bar to follow the shape of a UTV cage, roof or windshield while also accommodating straight installations. Owners could change the number of lights to fit another vehicle or alter the combination of beam patterns to better match their nighttime driving.

Why the Pro6 Design Mattered for UTVs
The modular construction was particularly useful for side-by-sides because cage widths, rooflines and mounting locations vary significantly between models. Rather than forcing owners to select a fixed rectangular light bar, the Pro6 could be shaped around a particular cage or roof installation.
Its serviceable design was another advantage. If an owner moved the lighting system to another machine, individual lights could be added or removed instead of replacing the complete assembly. Beam patterns could also be tailored for different uses, such as combining longer-distance driving lights with wider illumination closer to the vehicle.
The Pro6 Legacy
KC launched the Gravity Pro6 in 2016, but its distinctive round-light appearance and modular Infinity Ring construction have given the system a much longer life than many lighting products from the same period. The Pro6 continues to be associated with KC’s Gravity family, which has since expanded to include newer lighting technology such as the Gravity Titan.
For UTV owners considering a Pro6 installation today, the most important considerations are the available mounting width, cage or roof shape, desired beam pattern and the capacity of the vehicle’s charging system. Vehicle-specific brackets and wiring requirements should also be confirmed before ordering.
