We ask a lot from our truck. It is always towing or hauling and with 65K miles, the OEM shocks were pretty tired and weren’t really that great from the beginning.
OEM vs. FOX 2.0 Performance Series truck shocks
Before our month long cross country trip where we hauled our UTV on the back of the truck, we upgraded to FOX Performance Series 2.0 Reservoir smooth body shock front and rear. These shocks offer better performance over stock and won’t break the bank.
We logged over 7K miles on our month-long cross country trip and as you can imagine we saw our share of lousy roads from California to West Virginia and back. Super thankful that we added FOX performance series shocks to our 2017 Ford F-350 before this trip. Not only is the ride smoother, but we don’t blow through the shock stroke like the worn out OEM shocks used to do. Definitely a game changer that I’d highly recommend.
