Built with years of customer feedback and market research, The Woodwind Pro brings more smoke and flavor to the pellet grill market than ever, Woodwind Pro combines the best of the ever-popular wood pellet grill with the time-tested tradition of using hard wood chunks, charcoal, or wood chips. In one unit, a griller will be able to achieve the smoke flavor of a tried-and-true stick burner smoker with the ease of using a pellet grill.

The new Woodwind Pro features a patent pending Smoke Box, taking pellet grilling to a tastier new level by adding hardwood chunks or lump charcoal for a variety of smoke profiles and flavors. The Woodwind Pro also showcases the new advanced heat design, with gasketed dual wall lid, and down and out ventilation system. Expect to happily be cooking with this for years with an all-new stainless-steel body and internal component set. The Woodwind Pro comes with all the great features from the previous model like the WiFi enabled PID controller with full color screen that connects to the Camp Chef Connect app. The controller and app utilize smart smoke technology, allowing the user to control smoke levels from 1 to 10 and includes 4 stainless-steel meat probes. Whether your cooking style is low and slow or hot and fast the Woodwind Pro can reach temps as low as 160°F and as high as 500°F. The Woodwind Pro features a 22 lbs. pellet hopper and be Camp Chef Sidekick compatible.
The new Woodwind Pro comes in both a 24” and 36” models. The 24” model will have 811 Sq. in. of total cooking space and a 4,850-cu. in. chamber while the 36” model will have 1,236 sq. in. of total cooking space and a 7000-cu. in. chamber.
