The hottest new sport UTV has hit the market! The 2024 Can-Am Maverick R has 240HP, a new 7-speed Dual-Clutch Transmission, and a unique tall knuckle front suspension design. One problem we see is the lack of storage with the Maverick R. The base units come with a tiny glovebox and a small box right behind the screen in the middle of the cab. Hardly adequate for anyone! Fortunately, right alongside the introduction of this new side-by-side, Can-Am has a full suite of accessories that are ready to go.
Storage in the Maverick R Cab is limited to a very small glove box and another box behind the infotainment screen.
One area where the Can-Am Maverick R is better than the Maverick X3 is the bed. Not only is the bed larger, but the area is also more usable.
When customizing your Can-Am Maverick R, you can select from a few accessory bundles: Essentials, Smart, Audio, and Nothing but the Best. These “bundles” range in price from $4,402 for the Essentials to $17,682 for the Nothing but the Best. All the bundles include a few things that we aren’t interested in, so we decided to look at storage solutions à la carte.
