Grayden Bloxham emerges victorious in the SXS Sportsman Class and wins the Iron Man Championship

Santa Monica, CA (November 30, 2023) The 2023 Red Bull Scramble Series National Championship, a collection of Side by Side (SXS) off-road racers for amateur and professional racers alike, featured six unique race destinations, 308 drivers and thrilling all-out racing across through the United States. From the outskirts of Alaska for the inaugural Red Bull Solstice Scramble, the sunny beachside of the Jersey Shore for Red Bull Beach Scramble to the mud, ice and snow for the rest of the stops, the season and its competitors saw no shortage of carnage, wheel-to-wheel racing and even some nail-biting results. It is Mia Chapman and Grayden Bloxham who come out victorious as the Champions of the Pro Class and Sportsman Class, respectively. As the season concludes, Red Bull Sand Scramble is rescheduled and slated to open the 2024 Season.

Through the season-long quest for the title, 11 different racers held the top spot in the overall standings for Pro Class and Sportsman Class. The Pro Class Championship is determined by the best four finishes and the Sportsman Class Championship by the best three finishes each driver achieves throughout the season. Bloxham competed in five out of the six stops in the 2023 Championship, earning him the Iron Man Championship title. This title celebrates the driver who competes in and finishes the most races throughout the season across both classes.

The 2023 top finishers include:

“Racing in the Red Bull Scramble Series this year has been an absolute blast,” said Chapman. “It definitely challenged me as a driver to adapt to new tracks quickly with having very little time on them and I really enjoyed chasing after that. Along withracing at a few completely new locations added to the schedule, the Beach Scramble was surreal getting to rip around right next to the ocean, and getting a podium spot at the Solstice Scramble was insane; these are places I had a lot of fun racing at againstsome great competition. It was a crazy, fun filled season traveling around the country. I’m beyond stoked to take the Pro Class Championship and I’m looking forward to new year.”

The champions of the 2023 Red Bull Scramble Series National Championship will be honored at the beginning of the 2024 series during the Red Bull Sand Scramble. Red Bull Scramble Series National Championship

The National Championship is separated into two classes: the Pro Class for more experienced racers and the Sportsman Class for amateur off-road enthusiasts. While no single race is the same, both classes will follow the same points structure per race and will abide by the same tiebreaker (as required) for the season. A third Championship, dubbed the Iron Man Championship, is determined by its own point system, and celebrates one driver across both classes who competes in and finishes the most races throughout the season. The Pro Class and Sportsman Class National Scramble Series Championship is determined by the best four finishes and best three finishes each driver achieves throughout the season, respectively.
