Yamaha’s objective for the Wolverine X2 was to design and offer a compact and nimble multi-purpose adventure seeking side-by-side that not only would dominate in tight technical trails, but muscle through the rigors of hard laboring work. They set out on a mission to develop a smooth, quiet and compact machine for tight trail driving/riding that would be comfortable, versatile, have sufficient storage and hold plenty of cargo while remaining compact. It would need to offer a quiet ride so that you and your passenger could actually hold a conversation.
