2011 Sand Sports Super Show
13th Annual September 16, 17 and 18, 2011 For more than a dozen years the Sand Sports Super Show has been the BIGGEST and most exciting dune and dirt sports EXPO in the world. Come each September, hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of attendees come together at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, California to celebrate and marvel at the latest gear for Sand Sports enthusiasts. DuneGuide.com and UTVGuide.net had a booth in the Span with two of our UTVs. The first is ourCan-Am Commander 1000 XT, and the second is our 2011 Kawasaki Teryx project. We also brought our Sand Collection which brought a lot of people into the booth. Favorites from the 13th Annual Sand Sports Super ShowDragonFire Racing – “Race Ready” Polaris RZR XP Parts. The Polaris RZR XP is a very capable race UTV in stock form, but more race associations require a few more safety items before allowing them to race. DragonFire Racing has made it easy to get to the race track with new bolt-on“Race Pace” products. Beard / Speed Industries / Koronis – Polaris RZR XP Doors. These new doors feature a molded plastic exterior and a lightweight frame. OMF Performance – 15″ Billet Center Wheels. Billet center allows you to easily exchange bolt patterns and with more and more UTVs moving to larger LT tires, this 15″ wheel opens up all sorts of options. Rigid Industries – SR Series LED Light Bar. Measuring only 1.5″ tall, the SR is set to change the face of LED light systems. By using thermally managed 3w technology, and an updated version of its Patented Hybrid optics, Rigid continues to offer the brightest furthest projecting LED light bars available. Producing over 3200+ lumens in the 10″ version, while drawing only 35 watts, the SR continues the trend that Rigid Industries is known for, Efficiency and Superior Illumination. DWT Racing – One Piece Sector Wheel Walker Evans Racing – 2.5″ Polaris RZR XP Rear Shock STI – Vortex V-Roll 14″ Sand Tire. This lightweight, 4-ply tire is being introduced in a 27×11-14 front and a 27×14-14 rear. These sizes result in a super-wide, high-flotation footprint that keeps the machine on top of the sand instead sinking in.Mounting on a 14-inch wheel also achieves a very low-profile sidewall, which enhances handling by minimizing tire flex and lateral roll. Baja Designs – Squadron LED Light. The Squadron utilizes four CREE XML LEDs – the brightest, most efficient LEDs on the market to give you a blinding 3600 lumens. Gibson Exhaust – Polaris RZR XP Exhaust. Dual or single slip-on. Long Travel Industries – Polaris RZR XP High Clearance Radius Arms. New arms feature uni-balls on the ends so arms cannot rotate. PRP Seats – New Harnesses XMF – Polaris RZR XP Spare Tire Carrier. Bolts to the rear of the RZR XP where the radius arms connect and also above so the spare tire is held firmly in place. Lazer Star – LED Light Bars Wash 15 Off-Road – Billet Whip Flag Mount. Designed to simplify the process for mounting and dismounting whips by requiring less time, no tools and no trimming of shattered ends, riders will never again have to stop and pull out a knife or open a tool kit.
