Expert shock rebuild services now available for the Ford Raptor Gen 1
PHOENIX, AZ, May 15th, 2024 –– The premier suspension tuning company in the off-road industry, Shock Therapy (www.ShockTherapy.com) proudly announces the release of their Truck Shock Service for the Ford Raptor Gen 1.
Effective immediately, owners of Ford Raptor Gen 1 trucks can bring their vehicles to either their Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC locations for comprehensive shock servicing. “This expansion caters specifically to Ford Raptor Gen 1 truck enthusiasts,” said Justin Smith, Shock Therapy’s CEO. “By accepting these trucks into our shop for service, we can better serve our customers and their shocks with the expertise and quality of Shock Therapy’s suspension.”
The new service for the Ford Raptor Gen 1 includes new proprietary valving, shock oil change, nitrogen recharge, replacement of seals & o-rings, and the thorough inspection for any potential damage; additional parts repairs will be conducted upon customer approval. The cost for servicing these trucks is $250 per shock, with an additional $250 labor charge for removal and reinstallation from the vehicle, bringing the total to $1,250.
Historically, Shock Therapy has and will continue to service all FOX truck shocks provided they are removed from the vehicle by the customer and either dropped off in person for service, or mailed into one of their locations. The Ford Raptor Gen 1 is now simply the first model in which Shock Therapy will accept the customer’s full vehicle itself in the shop rather than just the shocks, as well as providing new proprietary valving. Nonetheless, Shock Therapy anticipate’s offering full-vehicle in-shop service and proprietary valving for additional models in the future.
The previous Truck Rebuild Service for all other FOX Truck Shocks will still be available –– provided they are removed from the vehicle prior to service –– for $200 per shock.
