“The energy and excitement you share with the off-road community in Hammertown is unlike any other off-road race experience, and the Can-Am team is thrilled to be back,” said Jean-Francois Leclerc, BRP Race Manager. “We’re excited to bring the Maverick R platform back to King of the Hammers for the second year, especially after Kyle Chaney’s success last year. The largest race on U.S. soil calls for racing innovation and a world-class team of drivers, and we’re looking forward to extending our legacy of dominance in Hammertown.”

Since 2020, Can-Am has had a commanding presence at King of the Hammers. The advancements of the Maverick R platform – from the innovative tall-knuckle suspension design, to the high-performance seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and turbo-charged three-cylinder Rotax engine – will help racers blast through the unforgiving Johnson Valley terrain.

Can-Am welcomes off-road enthusiasts to follow along on the Can-Am Off-Road social media channels for updates throughout King of the Hammers. For those attending King of the Hammers, make sure to stop by the Can-Am display in Hammertown beside the stage and fire pit, and experience the Can-Am lineup at the Maverick demo site outside of the main gates of Hammertown at space #G1-1 and the Defender demo site in Hammertown.
