The new 2027 CFMOTO UFORCE U10 XL EPS brings the company’s latest triple-cylinder UFORCE platform to buyers who need six-passenger seating without stepping up to an enclosed, climate-controlled cab.
Starting at $16,499, the UFORCE U10 XL EPS combines an 88-horsepower three-cylinder engine, two three-person bench seats, a 1,000-pound-capacity cargo box and a 2,500-pound towing capacity. It also retains much of the technology found on CFMOTO’s more expensive U10 models, including an 8-inch RideSync touchscreen, push-button shifting and the OmniDrive CVT.
The result is a modern six-seat utility UTV priced approximately $11,000 below the UFORCE U10 XL Pro Highland.

Six-Passenger U10 at a Lower Price
The UFORCE U10 XL EPS expands CFMOTO’s modern U10 family with a more affordable six-passenger configuration. Two three-person bench seats provide room for a work crew, hunting party or family, while the 112.5-inch wheelbase accommodates the second row without turning the machine into an unusually wide utility vehicle.
At 64 inches wide, the U10 XL EPS remains narrow enough for many established UTV trails. Its 148-inch overall length and 17.7-foot turning radius should be considered by buyers working in tight areas, but those dimensions come with the additional passenger capacity.
Unlike the premium Highland, this is an open-cab UTV. A roof and side nets are standard, but the machine does not include hard doors, power windows, a windshield, rear glass or factory-installed HVAC.
88-Horsepower Triple-Cylinder Engine
Power comes from CFMOTO’s 998cc liquid-cooled, DOHC inline-three-cylinder engine. The naturally aspirated engine produces a claimed 88 horsepower at 7,250 rpm and 69 lb-ft of torque at 6,500 rpm.
The three-cylinder engine uses Bosch electronic fuel injection and electronic throttle control. Drivers can select between two drive modes to adjust power delivery for different jobs and trail conditions.
CFMOTO pairs the engine with its OmniDrive continuously variable transmission. An electronic push-button system replaces a conventional mechanical shift lever and provides Park, Reverse, Neutral, High and Low ranges.
The driveline offers selectable two-wheel drive, four-wheel drive and four-wheel drive with differential lock. Locking front and rear differentials give the driver additional control in mud, snow and uneven terrain.
Work-Ready Towing and Cargo Capacity
Although it is the more affordable member of the six-seat U10 family, CFMOTO has retained the platform’s core utility capabilities. The UFORCE U10 XL EPS is rated to tow up to 2,500 pounds through its standard 2-inch receiver.
The gas-assist tilting cargo box carries up to 1,000 pounds. That matches the bed capacity expected from a full-size utility side-by-side, although the EPS model uses a conventional gas-assist dump mechanism rather than the Highland’s electronic/hydraulic bed lift.
A standard 4,500-pound winch with synthetic rope adds useful recovery and work capability without requiring an immediate aftermarket purchase. The vehicle also includes a bus bar, 12-volt outlet, USB port and a 900-watt stator for powering accessories.
RideSync Touchscreen and Electronic Driver Aids
An 8-inch CFMOTO RideSync touchscreen is standard equipment. The display provides vehicle information and access to Mapbox-powered trail routes, giving the open-cab model a level of integrated technology not typically associated with an entry-priced crew utility UTV.
Other standard equipment includes electronic power steering, a tilt steering wheel, an adjustable driver’s seat, LED headlights, LED taillights and backup lights.
Auto Hold can help keep the machine stationary without requiring continuous brake pressure, while Downhill Assist Control helps manage speed on steep descents. Four-wheel hydraulic disc brakes and an electronic parking brake handle stopping duties.
Suspension, Tires and Dimensions
The UFORCE U10 XL EPS uses high-clearance independent A-arms in front and independent double A-arms in the rear. Suspension travel measures 11 inches up front and 10.4 inches at the rear, with front and rear sway bars helping manage body roll.
Ground clearance is listed at 12 inches. The EPS model rides on 14-inch steel wheels fitted with 27-inch tires: 27×9-14 in front and 27×11-14 at the rear.

UFORCE U10 XL EPS vs. U10 XL Pro Highland
The UFORCE U10 XL EPS and U10 XL Pro Highland share their basic six-passenger layout and triple-cylinder power, but they target very different buyers.
The Highland is an enclosed, all-weather UTV with heating and air conditioning, hard doors, power windows and an automotive-style cabin. The new EPS model removes those premium cab features and lowers the starting price by approximately $11,000.

Buyers who regularly work or ride in extreme heat, winter weather, dust or rain may still find the Highland’s enclosed climate-controlled cab worth the additional cost. Our factory-equipped HVAC UTV comparison places it in context with other climate-controlled utility models.
For buyers who do not need HVAC, the U10 XL EPS delivers the same basic passenger capacity, engine output, towing rating and cargo capacity at a substantially lower price.

Who Is the UFORCE U10 XL EPS For?
The UFORCE U10 XL EPS makes the most sense for buyers who need to transport up to six people and still want full-size towing and hauling capability, but do not need an enclosed cab.
Its combination of seating capacity, standard winch, touchscreen navigation and utility ratings should make it particularly appealing for ranches, hunting properties, work crews, guided recreation and families looking for one machine that can handle both chores and trail rides.
At $16,499, price is a major part of the story. CFMOTO has positioned the U10 XL EPS as an attainable entry into its newer triple-cylinder utility platform rather than simply producing another high-content luxury model.
