999cc Parallel-Twin Engine
Every 2017 Pioneer 1000 used a 999cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine with electronic fuel injection and Honda’s Unicam cylinder-head design. The engine emphasized usable low- and midrange torque for trail riding, hauling and towing rather than the high-rpm power delivery associated with a sport UTV.
Six-Speed Dual Clutch Transmission
