Race Prep Services/RPS Sports has designed and manufactured a quick release fire extinguisher mounting system for handheld fire extinguishers.
The quick release fire extinguisher mount (QRF) system has the following features:
• Simple to use with one quick release pin allowing fire extinguisher to be quickly removed from its mounting location, allowing for faster response time in an emergency. The mount contains two pieces; one is attached to the fire extinguisher with hose clamps, the other piece stays attached to the vehicle.
• 3-attachment options,
o 1-Hose Clamp; uses standard hose clamps to attach to roll bar
o 2-Bolt on; bolt through holes in clamp directly to tabs or flat surface
o 3-Weld on; weld directly to roll bar or any steel structure
• Strong, Race proven durability
o Tested and proven in Championship Off Road Racing (CORR), Baja 500 and 1000, rock crawling and rally racing with no failures or loss of fire extinguishers


This QRF is the only affordable, durable and race proven quick release fire extinguisher mount on the market today. With the three mounting options, this is a simple, obvious upgrade choice for all recreational and race vehicles.
