Magazine Advertising Sales Representative, seeking a highly motivated ad sales professional

PGI Media is currently seeking a highly motivated ad sales professional with off- road / ad sales experience.

Company Overview:
PGI Media, Inc. is the publisher for three of the premiere off-road industry magazines; Side X Side Action, UTV Outdoorsman, and Sand Addiction Magazine. PGI Media, Inc. also hosts events such as; The Dune Tour, Side X Side Jamboree and Side X Side Roundup. Founded in 2002, this private publishing company has risen to the top of the industry and come to be recognized as a leader in off-road publications and consumer events.

Position Summary:
As an Advertising Sales Representative within PGI Media, you will be responsible for cross platform selling in areas such as; print, online, web, newsletters, and events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the off-road industry and a back ground in advertising sales. This candidate will need to be proficient in:
• Creative lead sleuthing
• Cold Calling
• Consultive Selling
• Data Entry into in-house contact management system
• Presenting in person to Agencies and Business Owners
• Writing, multi-tiered, bundled packages across print, internet and events
• Event Sponsorship

Qualifications:
• A proven track record in outside sales. Magazine sales experience preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Ability to build strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Travel required.
